We have had a great experience with the Belvoir team. Everyone is super helpful and things are done promptly. We managed to secure the apartment very quickly and all our maintenance concerns are addressed quickly and fixed. The entire team has been super helpful, with Mikael, Nathan, Kyle and Harris all assisting at different point. We couldnt recommend a better team after dealing with different agents in the UK.
Thanks to Belvoir for looking after their tenants. Although it took a little while to resolve some issues, I understand that these things take time. The team did their best to get everything sorted, and I appreciate their efforts. Much respect!
The service provided by Belvoir has been fantastic. I have had a great experience with Belvoir over the past year. Whenever I reported an issue that needed fixing, their response was always quick and efficient. I really appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service.
Really helpful. I got a new job in Liverpool and needed new accommodation fast. I arranged a day I was available for viewings and Kirsten set me up with all the places available for that day suited to my criteria. Both Kirsten and Mikael showed me around the places and guided me through details. It was very fast. I was able to get my documents sorted and arranged and moved in within 2 weeks. The place is lovely, well looked after and communication between stages was good. Really useful and would recommend.
The agency is friendly. They manage my property effectively. As far as I know, the tenant is happy with the level of care as well, so it isn't all landlord focused! Nathan Louter is my property manager and responsive and attentive.
I’ll say a 10 out of 10 rating. I reported a problem with water supply, Belvour contacted the property management swiftly. JLA property maintenance were very prompt in responding and I must commend their swift response. Within 10mins I made the call, they were already in my property. The staff was able to identify the problem almost immediately, addressed it and water supply returned. The property maintenance staff was very great to interact with as well
