Absolutely brilliant estate agents! I was originally buying a house with another estate agents in Roath - and it was painful. Complete lack of communication and understanding, they were horrible following up, and it was very frustrating! When we eventually bought a different house with Allen and Harris, everything changed. Our estate agent, Yupy, has been excellent! He's incredibly friendly and personable, and knows his stuff, and he has put us very at ease. It's been a really easy process, even through further negotiations with our vendor, and I would recommend Yupy to anyone! On top of that, their mortgage advisor, Liam is awesome. So much easier than any other advisor I met with - and so friendly. The quick service you receive from their associated companies is also great. Very happy with the service! Would definitely recommend - especially Yupy and Liam.
