Tuna Fish Property

April asked me to send money to a bank account for holding deposit and never replied again. I requested to view the property before proceeding (only the other tenant got to view the place) and was met with silence. It feels like a scam. She asked me to send a screenshot of the payment last Friday to proceed with the application. I replied back the same day asking for another viewing that I can personally attend and have gotten no reply since. I believe it's a scam because if I sent over the money like she asked, I would still not have heard back from her and would be panicking about where my money went. The only other explanation is that they are admitting that they would have replied if I sent the money and only didn't reply because they can't grab cash from me.

I started renting with Tuna Fish Ltd at the end of June and they have been brilliant! They respond quickly and friendly to any queries I have had. The apartment is gorgeous and has been well maintained!

Appallingly unprofessional. My experience with this agency has been nothing short of dreadful. I had the distinct misfortune of dealing with an agent named April, who evidently believes that basic communication is optional. After expressing interest in a property and sending an offer and a follow-up email with a few reasonable questions, I was met with complete and utter silence. Not even the courtesy of a one-line reply. If being ignored is your idea of top-tier service, then by all means—this is the agency for you. Otherwise, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Peter and the team at tuna fish have been nothing but excellent, as a first time renter in Liverpool they have been nothing but helpful and attentive. On hand whenever needed. Definitely recommend!

I been a tenant with Tuna fish Property for the last 10-11 years and never had much to complain about ,and when I did have something go wrong it was sorted out quickly! Peter and Natalia are very good at putting what seams a problem in to not a problem at all. Would highly recommend to even my family and closest friends. Had a tenancy with Tuna Fish and everything went well, they responded quite quickly to repairs and ending my tenancy was straight forward with no issue at all.
