Symonds and Greenham

After going to different estate agents in hull to rent my house out, came across Symonds and greenham who didn’t hound me to go with them, where very helpful in all aspects of setting everything up, I dealt with Sophie Angus who was always a phone call away with help towards what was going on. I can’t fault Sophie and Megan for their help with everything easy to contact and very easy to speak to . Told Sophie what sort of tenant I was looking for and she got it sorted in quick time :) Would 100% recommend this company

Wouldn’t recommend. We pulled our house off the market with these guys after multiple no show viewings. One of the very few viewings they completed we arrived home to find our front door left open and the house unsecured. Extremely poor communication and service. Changed estate agents and sold within 2 weeks.

Impressed with the service Sophie provided after I walked in, showed me their current properties and recommended ones based on my criteria, took her time to understand what I was after so moving forward I receive the ones based on my criteria plus sent me ones to potential book viewings on, great service.

We bought and sold via Symonds and Greenham and we were very happy with their services both times. All the staff are professional yet friendly. The fly through promotions they use to promote some properties are fantastic and so eye catching, they are a brilliant selling tool. The valuations are sensible, and the fees are reasonable too, so certainly worth contacting for a quote.

I was purchasing a property being sold by symonds and greenham. Staff went above and beyond sorting out problems in my chain even though they were related to properties they had no direct involvement with. Special mwntion to Rebecca and Megan who helped take a lot of stress away from me... more so than my own estate agents did. I cannot recommend them enough.

I’d like to personally mention Leanne at Symonds and Greenham. I think the person I was due to meet in late October wasn’t available so Leanne stood in. I found her personable, friendly and knowledgeable of the local market. I met with four different estate agents and she was the one who stood out which is why I asked for her when I wanted my property listed. I’d recommend Leanne and am pleased with her responsive service. Thank you Leanne as having someone pleasant to work with makes all the difference.

From the initial valuation with Josh to the final completion, the service was exceptional. Josh’s expertise and market knowledge set the right tone from day one, and the team’s efficiency ensured everything went according to plan.
