The service we receive has certainly improved since Callum, Jason and Leah have been involved. This is the first time in many years we've seen real progress towards the goal of bringing the apartment blocks back up to a good standard. Many thanks Seraph.
Callum. Has been our block manager for over a year and has been not only.very efficient but also very responsive to issues raised. He is by far the best manager we have worked with in the past 9 years that I have lived at 55 Ninian Road.
I had a very smooth experience with the service throughout my tenancy. They were always quick to respond, helpful, and professional throughout the process. Chloe Peachey was especially friendly, and efficient in answering our questions and helping us along the way. I would highly recommend their service.
