For starters, if there were an option for 0 stars, Harry Harper Lettings would have earned it with flying colours. Nothing quite says "welcome to your new home" like finding raw fish left in the freezer, eight full bin bags decorating the garden, and a mould-ridden bedroom that had clearly never seen treatment. It's a truly unique move-in experience. Communication was equally impressive. If you've ever wanted to spend your time speaking to robots, being ignored altogether, or being passed between people who don't know the answer and have no intention of finding it, you're in luck. Customer service appears to be treated as more of a theoretical concept than an actual service. The grand finale? Being charged £400 from our deposit when leaving, despite the condition the property was handed over in. A letting agent's job is supposed to be managing properties and supporting tenants. Harry Harper Lettings seem to have interpreted this somewhat differently. An amateur operation at best. The rental market deserves better, and tenants deserve their rights.

I enquired about a property I could comfortably afford, but the way I was spoken to by one staff member was completely unacceptable. While I understand there are legal procedures to follow, there is no excuse for being rude, raising your voice, or speaking to someone as if they are lying about their finances. A second staff member later called and explained the same procedures in a calm and respectful manner, which just highlights how unprofessional the first interaction was. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable having this estate agent manage a property I live in.

Sean was first class, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He highlighted things we needed to be aware of and was clear and honest. Highly recommend any viewings with Sean.

Renting a property from harry harper and couldn't be happier, the oven in the property stopped working last night and by 12pm today (christmas eve) they fully replaced without any hassle. Top company and the staff will do everything they can to help.

The viewing was well-organised and informative, making the whole process smooth and straightforward. We attended with three young children, and Sean was exceptionally patient, considerate, and went above and beyond to make the experience comfortable for us. Even though the tenants were clearly disengaged, he managed the viewing respectfully, calmly, and professionally, maintaining a positive and composed approach throughout. Wow what an experience so far! Myself and my partner recently viewed a house in Pontcanna and had a warm welcome from Angela from Harry Harper Letting agents. Angela helped to answer all my questions and showed me around the house and left with smiles on our faces. I was lucky enough to be accepted with the house I viewed and the communication has been great so far from receiving the offer to paying the deposits ect. I would recommend Harry Harper!!
