My daughter had a horrible experience with this letting agency, very slow to resolve fundamental issues like broken heat in the winter and health threatening mould. Then they tried to charge her hundreds and hundreds of pounds in damages for tiny scuffs on the walls at the time of move out. Literally £500 charge for the scuffs like those depicted in the images below. Ridiculous.
