NV Estates

After just under 4 years of what has been the most wonderful living experience of my life, I'm moving out of the house I am renting from NV Estates and onto something new. Whilst of course it was the people I lived with with who played the biggest part in that, the beautiful house we lived in provided the most amazing space for us to make into our home. Unlike most HMO's, NV didn't convert theirs into a soulless collection of boxes with no character, ours was an actual home, where we all ate dinner together and could be creative in the way we used the space. I am genuinely grateful for this as it made such an enormous difference in the experience of being there! I also have to say how much I appreciate Rashda and Soni for the way they took the business forward after suffering such an enormous loss in the family. Over our stay, Rashda and the rest of the family took over the business immediately following their bereavement, choosing to continue to provide us with our home instead of selling the house to lessen their workload. My experience with her is that she did an incredible job with the way she adapted to running the business, she was fast to respond when I raised concerns, and always responded with kindness and respect. It was genuinely so nice to work with people who evidently do care about their tenants, so I am grateful to them for this too.

A great experience. The agency was in contact at every time I needed. When I had a problem they resolved it with efficiency. In adition the flat was a wonderful place and in perfect conditions at every time. I have to say that they have done an incredible work during my time in Oxford and before this time it was very easy to have sn agreement for the flat. Everything they told me was absolutely right snd the flat was in the same conditions they told me when we was negotiating the contract. Definitely I will use their services if I return to Oxford! Very very good Estates company, and I also recommend Rashda as your agent. She is so good and help us student almost everything to live in the property like paying the bills, updating the furnitures. I really recommmend this company

This agency are excellent. A really professional service for tenants and landlords. They are really up to speed on the new legislation and know the local market in Oxford inside-out.
