I rented a room as a private tenant. It wasn’t a high standard but it was acceptable. Over the past year the company tried to charge me for every little thing-as if they wanted to squeeze every possible penny, even though I always took care of the place I lived in. Whenever something stopped working there was no chance the property manager would respond quickly-you just left messages and maybe someone would eventually call back. After moving out I was charged £100 for cleaning. I left the room clean but the company decided they could charge me anyway-because what can I do as one small person against a big company?

I can’t believe what I’m reading in these comments. Sai Aryan has trashed so many properties, including mine. They have no respect for individual landlords who don’t own a large portfolio. You’ll see their true colors when you serve them a notice to quit.
