Our experience has been good. We did get our property sold using help from Connells. Initial engagement and response was poor, however with some escalations and bringing in right attention, the team picked up the phase and found prospect buyer. James from MK has been very helpful with clear communication and coordination between multiple parties. Thank you James!

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Victoria and the support she provided to us throughout our mortgage journey. From the very beginning, it was clear that she genuinely enjoys what she does and, more importantly, truly cares about the people she is helping. Victoria took the time to listen carefully to our needs and understand our situation, which made such a difference. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and supportive at every stage. Our house sale proved to be quite a challenging and stressful experience, but Victoria was there for us every step of the way, offering reassurance, guidance, and encouragement when we needed it most. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time. They seem to care only about maximizing their profit rather than treating buyers fairly. I made an offer on a property and was told that my offer had been accepted. Later, they came back and said another offer had been received and asked me to increase mine. I increased my offer as requested, and then they asked me to increase it again, which I did. They also wasted more than two months of my time on this property. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly encouraged to increase my offer and led to believe that I was in a strong position, only to be ignored later without any clear explanation. My offer is still higher than the other party’s, yet I am unable to move forward with the purchase. It also feels like they only want buyers who arrange their mortgage through their preferred mortgage broker or in-house services. If you choose to arrange your mortgage independently or through another lender, they seem far less willing to proceed with your offer, regardless of how competitive it is. In my experience, it appeared that using their recommended mortgage services was being prioritized over treating all buyers fairly. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and apparent focus on generating additional business rather than providing a fair service made this a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

I’m really pleased with Connells estate agents especially Caitlin. She made my home transition really smooth and less stressful. Their assistance does not end after you moved in and they’re very helpful☺️

An utterly incompetent bunch of people all unable to respond to emails, especially the admin department. No cohesion between departments, I am sure a bunch of headless chickens would be better organised. As per other comments on here they sign you up and then totally ignore you. There were a few well organised enthusiastic youngsters who worked there but unfortunately they left.

My mortgage advisor was Victoria Brown, and I think she's the best at what she does. She supported me from the very beginning, gave me encouragement, and was incredibly helpful. Thanks to her, the entire mortgage process went smoothly and stress-free. Contacting her by phone and email was reliable, and she responded quickly to any issues that arose, even after hours. Her professional and genuine approach and caring nature were immense, so I always felt I had someone I could count on, someone who guided me and explained everything thoroughly so I could make the best decisions and looked after my best interests.
