Radcliffe & Rust - Sales & Letting Agents

I highly recommend this agency; they are helpful, friendly, prompt, courteous and on several occasions, have gone out of their way to simply make things smoother for us (landlords) and our new tenants. Compared to any other agencies we have used in the past, this team, particularly Kaitlin, is the best.

Kaitlin has been wonderful in overseeing the complex sale of our flat. Throughout the process, including various legal delays Kaitlin was professional, responsive, helpful and incredibly patient. She must have put more hours into getting this sale over the line than 10 usual sales. I would recommend Radcliffe & Rust and especially Kaitlin without hesitation

We had a great experience buying our first home, and Kaitlin was a huge help throughout the whole process. As first-time buyers, we had plenty of questions, but Kaitlin was always quick to respond and kept us updated every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, which made the whole experience much less stressful than we expected. From having our offer accepted to completing the purchase took around four months (both sides chain free), and everything went smoothly. We really appreciated how approachable, helpful, and responsive Kaitlin was from start to finish. Thank you again for all your help, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kaitlin and the team to anyone looking to buy a home.

We recently sold our house in Cambridge with Kaitlin, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly straightforward and stress-free. We were especially pleased with how quickly the sale was completed. What really stood out was the excellent communication. Kaitlin kept us fully updated at every stage, ensuring we always knew exactly what was happening without ever having to chase for information. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and hassle-free estate agent.

Great Letting Agency - we only rented through them for a year and I wish it had been longer. Helen, our building manager was amazing, everything was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. If I ever rent again in Cambridge or can afford to buy there, Radcliffe and Rust would be my first port of call without question.

We had a good experience from start to finish with Radcliffe & Rust. Kaitlin was very responsive, helpful, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the process. Overall, a really positive experience and we would happily recommend them to others

As overseas landlords, we have been fortunate to have Helen as our property manager, since she has a practical and positive outlook and focusses on finding solutions to problems. She has liaised with several contractors on our behalf and checked the house regularly until it was re-let. She is always willing to visit tenants and communicate with us by phone or by email. Kaitlin marketed and managed the re-let professionally and kept us informed throughout, while David took excellent photos of the property. We are happy to be part of the Radcliffe and Rust family!
