Morris Armitage was established in 2002 and is independently owned and operated by founders James Armitage and Simon Morris. The first branch opened in Newmarket in summer 2002, followed by a Downham Market branch in 2002. A Burwell branch opened in 2007, and a Cambridge branch opened in 2010. The company operates in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk, with offices in Newmarket, Downham Market, Cambridge and Burwell. It provides property sales, lettings and management services.

Excellent experience as a tenant. They were always quick to respond to maintenance, kept me well up to date, and had a genuinely friendly face. Max really went above and beyond both while I moved in and out of the property. I'd be very happy to rent through them again should I move back to Cambridge.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rachel and Max have been absolutely great throughout my five years of renting with them. They were always friendly, helpful and very responsive whenever I had any questions or needed something sorted. I really appreciated how easy they were to communicate with and how supportive they were throughout my tenancy. It made the whole renting experience much easier and stress-free.
