Quantum Estate Agency LTD

I have dealt with Quantum for the past 10 years, on behalf of my elderly mother who rented a property through them. I have to say, having dealt with many estate agents in the past, Quantum are by far the best- very conscientious, prompt and responsive when questions or issues arise. The team are always friendly and helpful and I have to mention Emma and Keith in particular who have been absolute legends on many occasions, highly recommended.

The experience here is a key part . When first contacted quantum the expectations was the higher and the trust on state agencies was the worst as I had a lot problems with agency before I wish mention them here but let’s keep eyes on stars . AT THE END OF MY CONTRACT EVERYTHING FLOWING AND SO FAST I COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER. So the Servicea provided OVER expectations, the agent Liz always there for us and accurately sorted out all our requests. When you move out these things makes massive difference cause when you are in busy life with thousands of issues to be sorted out nobody wants expend time on this kind of subject. Thanks again .

Fantastic service from Quantum Estate Agency as always . I have used them before and wouldn't hesitate in using them again. I would highly recommend them, they are brilliant from start to finish... top team .

Quantum has looked after me ever since I moved to York over 12 years ago and their service is second to none. They have been so helpful and have always offered their skills in anything I needed help with. All the staff had been so friendly and would go out of their way to help anyway they can. I would highly recommend them for their friendliness, knowledge and expertise in the field.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We have just purchased through Quantum and they have been excellent the whole way through. We have mainly dealt with Rachael who has been outstanding, going above and beyond and doing everything she possibly could for us. Fantastic service especially as we were the buyer!
