We were moving for the first time in 38 years. A daunting task! Thankfully the Carter Jonas team, specifically Kate Richards, were incredibly helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
We have recently purchased a beautiful house through Carter and Jonas. From the start of the process we have been fully informed and updated . Extra viewings arranged and nothing we asked was too much trouble. Catherine was extremely supportive and when sadly we had a bereavement in the family Catherine was both kind and professional and helped with making the purchase go as smoothly as possible under very difficult circumstances. We can't thank Carter and Jonas and of course Catherine enough . Now we start our new chapter in our stunning home 🏡
Absolutely couldn’t have been dealt with anymore than these guys did start to finish Catherine and the CJ team guided through a tricky sale. The contact was unbelievable and without doubt we sell and buy another one through Carter Jonas. If I could give 10 stars I would
Throughout our long protracted sale Kate Richards was extremely professional, kind, persistent and caring. Having held a low opinion of estate agents for many years Kate has changed my mind having guided us through the very stressful process all the way. Always answering questions and always returning calls and always chasing whoever needed chasing, effectively. Should we ever chose to move again we will seek out Kate Richards and the team at Carter Jonas.
Catherine Jones has been a wonderful help in the purchase of our forever home. Communication was brilliant and we were kept informed of every stage. Our first experience of buying a home in many years was made painless & pleasurable. Thanks go also to Keith Meadley who accompanied us on each visit and has become a welcome friend!
Very professional in all aspects of selling our house. Things were pretty slow to begin with but this was the market in general. We were regularly kept up to date and communication was always good. We were very happy with the whole team in York and they were supportive every step of the way. Thank you
Very helpful and understanding Lettings agent. We've rented through various agencies over the years and Carter Jonas are the most efficient in getting things done and their communication is prompt and clear. Would recommend.
