I found Chris to be knowledgable, approachable and professional when viewing a property that I have now purchased. Chris was well read on the property and was able to answer questions as I had them. Something other estate agents have failed at. Very polite, collected and An asset to the company.

Paul took care of everything for us as our mortgage broker, he was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to emails. He made the whole process easy for us and we would be happy to recommend.

The lettings department are terrible, ive now had 2 problems with them. 1st one was i drove 2 hrs for a viewing they range me up 30 mins before viewing to cancel it as couldnt gain access. 2nd one was i paid a holding deposit and they never sent the contract out to be signed leaving me not knowing if i had the flat, so i canceled the day before movie in, im now starting a ombudsman complaint for the deposit back.

Currently in the process of buying our very first home. As young adults and first time buyers we were a little worried about the whole process, however Paul from the Swansea branch has been absolutely amazing and helped us every step of the way. This has enabled us to be confident about the whole process and the next steps going ahead. Would highly recommended !
