Over the last four months, our monthly utility charges have increased from around £100 to £300—a 200% increase—with no clear explanation or breakdown. This has added around £90 in unexpected costs to my bill, on top of an unexpected £50 float. Communication is consistently poor. Emails take an unreasonable amount of time to receive a response, and it’s extremely difficult to get through by phone, even during their advertised opening hours. To make matters worse, we’ve been charged for issues that arose from their own mistakes. For example, the wrong door was replaced at the property, yet the cost was ultimately passed on to tenants. There also seems to be a pattern of making promises that are never followed through on, such as repeatedly saying that a residents’ parking plan would be provided, but nothing ever materialising. The overall experience has been one of poor communication, a lack of accountability, and unexpected costs. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and starts treating its tenants more fairly.
Another awful Glasgow factor. Although yet to find a good one. Only interested in collecting money and not bothered about quality of service or following the right procedure. Failed to inform owners that it’s their right to choose who the development factor in line with legislation. Repeatedly ignore answering questions directly, it’s like speaking to politicians And submit false charges, putting the proof on me to show I did the work. When they are the ones trying to charge for it and providing no proof, despite me sending evidence twice because they ignore the first ones. Utterly useless avoid at all costs.
This review is reluctantly posted after months of documented failures and a complete breakdown in trust between them and residents. Common areas and perimeter grounds have not been maintained to acceptable standards. They have applied questionable communal charges, which remain unresolved numerous months after being disputed. Repeatedly found to be incapable of communicating within reasonable time, often taking several weeks or longer to respond to serious matters and only after being pursued for responses - ignoring or failing to respond to residents appears to be a common custom and practice. Meetings have been repeatedly promised that failed to materialise. After constantly over-promising and under-delivering on all fronts, they’re abandoning the development while blaming residents for their own shortcomings (gaslighting) and charging each resident a £50 exit fee in the process while simultaneously refusing to coordinate a handover to alternative factors. It’s hard to distinguish whether this company is incompetent or wilfully negligent. A disaster from start to finish. I expect an excuse-laden deflective response to follow below.
Highly recommend to use Park PM, the experience was made even better by dealing with Scott O’Brien, he made sure that everything was done efficiently and securely by getting a locksmith out and providing a new set of keys and locks, Can’t thank him enough.
Came on the phone fuming about my invoice then it was explained how it all works and I’d just misunderstood. Shout out to Michael for listening to me rant and sorting it all out with me
Having experienced issues in trying to rectify ‘missing’ payments, I received a very helpful telephone call from Michael O’Brien, PPM Finance Assistant who took the time to listen to my perspective of the issue and provided an explanation. He offered an apology, that other colleagues had failed to do and throughout the conversation he was courteous and respectful to me as the customer.
Scott has been incredibly professional and responsive to all building enquiries that I have raised. I am very thankful to him and the work he has done. The finance team have also been helpful at clarifying billing once an invoice is raised.
