I have been under contract with this company for almost two years and have always been a loyal customer. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Dominik from the maintenance team was very disappointing. I lost my key and contacted maintenance because I was never given a spare. I understand there may be a charge for a replacement, but the issue was the way I was treated. Dominik was rude, spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, interrupted me, and didn't let me explain my situation. Before I could finish, he said he couldn't help, then ended the call with a dismissive "Sorry, bye." As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with more respect and professionalism. I hope the company improves its customer service.

From start to finish, Chris was fantastic. He was honest and realistic and so helpful. He found us serious buyers, gave very thorough viewings and gave us detailed useful feedback. When we lost our first buyer he worked so hard to find us the next and went above and beyond to secure us the house we wanted too. We are very grateful and would recommend Chris to anyone.
