In finding of the house and coming into the house the team was very helpful. However, my tenancy has now concluded, and we are currently addressing the process for the refund of my security deposit. There has been minimal, and I would even venture to say no, communication regarding this matter. Therefore, this lack of communication is the sole negative feedback I would provide concerning this letting agency.

Michelle Gillespie from Property Management, we were very appreciative for her help and support. She was always very professional in her approach to all our requests and complaints and carried the requests efficiently and appropriately ,sometimes going above and beyond in order to get the job done. We couldn’t recommend Isabelle enough! As first-time buyers, we were understandably quite nervous and had lots of questions, but from the moment Isabelle showed us around the property, she was so lovely, friendly and down to earth. She immediately put us at ease, answered our (many) questions and made the whole experience feel so much less daunting. What really stood out to us was how helpful she was even after the viewing. She contacted us multiple times afterwards to answer our questions and, if she didn’t know the answer herself, she went away and found out for us. We ended up falling in love with the property and have now gone on to buy it, which makes our first viewing with Isabelle even more special! She was incredibly helpful, approachable and genuinely made us feel comfortable throughout.
