Honestly, Katie has been amazing throughout the whole process. From the first point of contact to dealing with some very sensitive issues, she's gone above and beyond to help me with everything. She's been very attentive, extremely supportive and informative. She's never once turned me away or left my questions unanswered. She even kept me updated about her holidays so I wouldn't be left in the dark. After a 2 year long tenancy with minimal issues, I had some pretty major problems arise in my life that affected my tenancy. She's dealt with my problems with the utmost grace and understanding, kept me safe and reassured, and she did all of these without a word of complaint! I cannot thank her enough. Mine was a strange arrangement. I required a tenancy so that building work may be carried out on my own house. The tenancy is to be paid for by my insurers. These guys totally empathised with my situation and went out of their way to sort things out with a minimum of fuss. It’s Katie who has administered most things, taking it upon herself to liaise with my insurers and save me the hassle. She has copied me into emails so that I can see what is occurring as well as gone out of her way to explain things over the phone. Her whole manner is truly ‘lovely’ and I’m so grateful for her help and reassurance.

From first talking to MRC to getting the property on the market it only took a few days. The first person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The help with lettings has been professional and personal, very quick to respond and honest in her advice to getting the property marketed. I appreciate an honest and realistic approach which was great. It also was clear that she knows all the relevant details and is keen to help get the apartment rented. The pictures from the flat are very nice and professional and the online ad is great, so all in all I am very thankful for all the hard work!
