Hull Property Centre

I rented a room in a property managed by Hull Property Centre. During my tenancy there was a cockroach infestation which took several months to resolve. I also reported a number of maintenance and management issues which I felt were not dealt with promptly. Based on my experience, I would not rent through this company again.

It's was a joy to deal with Brooke, Hayley and Louise at HPC. They were very responsive and helpful in setting up my new tenancy. They made it an anxiety free experience.

HPC were super helpful and ensured our property purchase went through really smoothly. Definitely recommend this agency. Many thanks Hayley and Louise!

I didn’t use this estate agent for a rental or purchase I used it for comfort and kindness. Today I broke down and without question the lovely family who own this business offered me somewhere warm to sit, a cup of tea and some kindness. I wanted to thank them publicly for their good dead and assure anyone wanting to use them that they are genuinely kind caring people and you won’t go wrong using this business. I wish you all the best - I will repay the kindness to someone else. Thank you again, Sally

Really love HPC, very good and kind staff, especially Louise the manager, nice, clean and affordable rooms to rent. Will definitely recommend this agent if you are looking to rent or buy a property.

Louise at HPC is incredibly hospitable , very helpful , timely responses even during the weekends , after renting a two bedroom terrace house from HPC , she was fully instrumental in making my starting out a positive, truly memorable and stress-free experience with all her voluntary supports by going out of her ways to help with getting lots of household items even using her personal car to assist sometimes . I cannot recommend HPC highly enough and would wholeheartedly endorsed them to anyone in search of dedicated and reliable real estate agent as I can 100% guarantee you that all the staffs at HPC are very welcoming and always ready to help. .

Gosh, where to start, this agency is brilliant! If you're letting a property - especially if you're new to it and nervous like me, or a seasoned landlord - your search for a professional, helpful and knowledeable team ends here! You are in the safest of hands. I found myself in an awful predicament. Another local agent let me down at the last minute, and the team at HPC basically rescued me. I cannot thank them enough, and I also cannot recommend them enough. I won't be using anyone else in future - thanks once again!
