Still hasn't returned my bond but its not over yet

Avoid at all cost. They are so dishonest. I furnished an unfurnished flat and I got penalised by not having my full deposit back. Might have attractive prices but poor quality of flat and even poorer management. It's not worth the hassle.

If I could leave 1 star I would. Around 10 years ago they let me a flat with a multitude of problems. I was a single female living alone and they let the flat above me out to known heroin dealers. The violence was so bad I had to report to the police for my own safety. Manor told the heroin dealers it was me who’d called the police and they threatened me pinning me against the wall. I had no choice but to pretend I was pregnant in order to prevent them from beating me, and had to move house before the end of my tenancy. The homeowners in the next house sold their home because Manor were more focused on the reliable rent from the dealers on benefits, than focusing on the wellbeing of hard working rent/mortgage paying residents in the street. They sent a handyman round who turned out to be pretty much a stalker, and posted notes under my front door for months and looked through the window letting me know he “had a key” and when I complained I was told “that’s just his way”. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional company and honestly it f you’re thinking of renting from them, unless you’re a crackhead looking to get away with anything, I just wouldn’t bother. And if you’re a landlord I would not leave your property in their care.

Professional, experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. Very reasonably priced and highly efficient.

Very rude unhelpful staff from the moment I walked into the branch. You don’t know the meaning you of customer service just lack of it.

Lived at a property "managed" by this so called letting agent.. failed to do any sort of inspection, failed to answer an emails and were rude in person when I went to try and resolve an issue after no response Helpful on the phone surprisingly although they were quick to raise their voice and try belittle you and manipulate you in to getting what they want Unable to keep track of the rent you've paid... And when you try to leave they extend your contract and demand more rent First time renters or anyone renting for that matter, stay well clear of these clowns
