Jay was my property manager for a number of years was and was always prompt in dealing with any queries/issues that arose! He was very friendly, yet professional and always ensured queries were chased up promptly!

I cannot recommend LRG Property Management Derby enough, specifically my property manager, Elisha. I am currently going through a very difficult personal time, and Elisha has been an absolute pillar of support. She handles all maintenance and property matters with incredible efficiency, but what truly sets her apart is her empathy and kindness. It is so rare to find property professionals these days who are humans first, but Elisha completely embodies that. I am incredibly grateful to have her managing my property and being my point of contact. I would like to say thank you to Paige Edwards for her efforts on what was a challenging hand-over. She has been professional, attentive and responds to queries quickly with useful and helpful suggestions. There are more challenges we foresee but I am confident that working with Paige we will be able to resolve these and improve the service that we can provide the Tenant as an Agent and Landlord whilst also maximising returns.

Great experience with Jade Mountney and Jackie Seth. Their service is consistently efficient and professional, and they are incredibly quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They handle everything smoothly, from coordinating and liaising with contractors when maintenance work is required, to diligently following up with tenants regarding late payments.

I have used Leaders for my 2 rental properties for about 15 years now and staff have always been cheerful and helpful. My recent property manager Jay has been excellent. He has always been clear, quick, concise, accurate and helpful. Thank you Jay.
