Linley & Simpson - York | Estate & Letting Agents

Great experience visiting a flat in York, Harry was very knowledgeable, professional and kind in answering all the questions I had. It was a very seamless and pleasant process overall to arrange my search for flats with Linley & Simpson, I would 100% trust them again in the future!

I rented a house recently through Linley and Simpson. From viewing to finally getting the keys. Faye and Dan have been very helpful in sorting issues out. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very approachable team. So far it has been the best renting experience through the agencies.

Harry Cowan showed me a flat up for rent in Acomb, York. Very professional, answered all my questions and was very informative and accommodating. Great house viewing experience! I wish the other agencies showed the same level of interest, kindness and respect.

We recently were notified that our tenants were leaving. The whole process through finding new tenants and managing the exit of the existing tenants was managed by Maja. I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise and focus on managing the process end to end. She kept us informed every step of the way and managed our questions and concerns effectively and quickly.

I had a viewing yesterday with Beth Suggitt - she was incredibly warm and organised. It would be my first time renting not as a student, and she made it clear what the application process would be like, and gave me advice on what additional information would be useful as part of the application. Thank you!

We have been with Linley & Simpson in York for over 10 years and can honestly say they have been excellent in renting our properties. We have always been impressed with the York team with the viewings and finding new tenants when the properties become vacant. Maja has been absolutely brilliant with the property checkouts and is always is willing to listen and resolve any concerns we have quickly and professionally. Wishing the York team continued success.

Communication with the whole team was clear and timely. Beth Suggitt was friendly and informative at the viewing and made it feel easy. My only concern about the process is that viewings always seem to be within 9-5 which makes house hunting very stressful for those that cannot take time away from work. I am sure many people would appreciate it if more estate agents offered viewings in the evenings.
