Bridgfords Sales and Letting Agents York

Stephanie at Brigfords York branch has been exceptional all the way through my BTL purchase process. Excellent communication, great advice and fast, efficient service, taking away all the stress through the process.. With Imogen showing me around the property and having a vast knowledge of the area and market, I felt fully supported and confident with the Brigfords team to deliver.. Highly recommend using the branch, they’re incredible! Thank you so much Stephanie and team..!

Bridgefords have handled my tenancy for the last 7 years with a great level of professionalism. When it became time for me to move to new pastures they couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding, the whole team from York with Tom looking after my departure procedure and handling it with great attention and dedication to making my move out go as smoothly as possible. Great work guys, thank you 👍 Kelvin

I have just had the pleasure of talking to Danielle of Bridgford Estate Agent. She is a ray of sunshine and so polite and enthusiastic about her job. She’s made me feel good and she should be commended for this! thank you Danielle. Chris Bowman of Chris Bowman Joinery & Construction Ltd.

I’ve never dealt with a worse estate agent. Moving from Cornwall to York, I trusted them not to take advantage of me, given that I couldn’t see the property in person before renting it. What I was greeted by was scarcely believable, as you can see from the photos. They routinely ignored me when I asked to have things fixed, and lied to me when I asked them to contact the landlord, stating they had contacted them when they hadn’t. Use Ashtons instead. They were exemplary when I used them instead. My old landlord has even left Bridgfords to take his business to Ashtons as well. Pathetic, shameless company. Avoid.

Over the last few months I've been viewing an awful lot of properties and speaking to every estate agent in York and I was taken aback by the level of customer service with Bridgfords. On my first call with Bethany she was extremely helpful, asked the most relevant questions and took the time to actually find out what I was looking for, and was just all round super friendly and reassuring. I then had 2 viewings with Imogen who again was very honest, helpful and genuinely interested in what I wanted. This was all very appreciated as a first-time buyer. I would highly recommend Bridgfords even though I didn't end up putting an offer in as I had one accepted on another property, I would definitely look to use them to sell any future property. Thanks again!!

Excellent experience with Bridgfords. Agent's was brilliant—super helpful, friendly, and very professional. The whole process was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent!" Special thanks to Bethany and Danielle

The service I’m receiving from the team at Bridgfords York is outstanding and I couldn’t be happier. Buying and moving home is stressful enough at the best of times but with added complexities of divorcing and purchasing a tenanted property, I’ve found Stephanie’s patience and guidance very refreshing - making sure my needs are met and everything runs smoothly. A comfort as well to know Bethany is so attentive, ensuring the purchase proceeds on track and keeping me updated like clockwork has been great. Knowing as well that Imogen is always there at the end of the phone, they’ve all been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I’ll be forever grateful for their help in securing my new home. I would certainly recommend Bridgfords York!
