I found Kingston Real Estate to be a straightforward and pleasant company to deal with. The staff were welcoming and took a genuine interest in helping with my requirements. I appreciated their clear communication and the fact that they were easy to reach whenever I needed an update. The overall service was handled efficiently and left a positive impression. I have had the good fortune to have Kingston look after the block management for a flat that I have. My experience has been nothing but positive. This is a company that want to help and find solutions to issues as they arise. I honestly don't know how I would have managed to this point without their support. Very disappointed with the service provided. The management company is quick to issue invoices and collect fees, but when it comes to delivering the services residents are paying for, the standard falls far below expectations. Basic maintenance and upkeep are often neglected, communication is poor, and concerns raised by residents seem to be ignored. It feels like there is a strong focus on charging fees rather than providing value for money. As a resident, I expect the services outlined in the agreement to be carried out consistently and professionally. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I hope the company takes resident feedback seriously and improves the quality of its services.

Rude, unprofessional, and completely negligent. "I cannot believe how badly we have been treated by Kingston Real Estates. Their staff are incredibly abrupt on the phone and have delayed on acknowledging when I tried to follow up on urgent repairs. We moved into a property that was supposed to be 'ready,' but it hadn’t even been cleaned properly between tenancies—it was filthy.

The worst customer service ever seen. The majority of staff are rude. They have tried their best to chargee for poor condition of the property. They tried to take most of my security deposit at the end of the tenancy. Thanks to dps where I was able to prove my innocence and was able to refund my deposit after an adjudication process.

We rented from Kingston for a few years and we’re very disappointed that at the end of our tenancy they did everything they could to scrape every penny from the deposit. We didn’t expect the full deposit back at all for any small damages etc. However you would expect general wear and tear to be accounted for and not pulled out of a deposit and we left the property in a very clean state after spending 12 hours cleaning it. If you need them to sort anything during your tenancy they are very slow and do not want to spend the money but when it comes to leaving they’re more than happy to charge you for everything. I’m sure there’s better agencies in Northamptonshire 👍

I have had a lovely experience with one of the agents who was friendly and approachable at the time of the viewing last week. She was welcoming and kind. I have dealt with other agencies and spoken and dealt with them . Nothing compares to her . She also offered us to show another property unfortunately we couldn’t view that one .
