Direct Property Services

Direct Property Services is a commercial property agency based in Northampton. Established in 2008, it is an independently owned organisation. The company provides residential and commercial lettings and specialises in all aspects of letting, but does not deal with HMO properties.

It works with reputable organisations including solicitors, accountants, financial mortgage advisors and brokers, and IT experts. Letting and property management services are offered across Northamptonshire. Services include lettings marketing, viewings, tenant vetting, ongoing management, repairs coordination, rent collection, and commercial specialist advice and tenancy management.

Commercial property work, apartment letting and residential sales all feature in the feedback for this Northampton firm, and a recurring note is the peace of mind that landlords report once day-to-day management is handled for them. Owners describe the arrangement as stress-free, with concerns addressed promptly and tenant changeovers managed so that properties do not sit empty. Communication draws consistent praise, both while terms are agreed and afterwards, and staff are characterised as friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The advice and support provided from the beginning of a relationship comes up regularly, as does the sense that clients are listened to and treated with understanding.

Some landlords write about long-standing connections spanning several years without difficulty, and the same attentive approach is reported across commercial and residential instructions. Reliability in dealing with management issues runs through the accounts, alongside a professionalism that reviewers say makes the whole process easier to navigate. Several contributors highlight how quickly matters are resolved when they arise. The steady handling of routine management and the responsive letting of units remain the points most often returned to, with the team's willingness to go further than expected noted by more than one landlord.
