It’s rare to find a firm of estate agents who consistently acted with professionalism and integrity — and that’s from a buyer’s perspective! I’d particularly like to mention Natalie, who was incredibly friendly and kept us updated every week throughout the process. Her updates were always insightful and helped us understand how things were progressing within the chain, giving us confidence and reassurance at what can otherwise be a stressful time. In fact, I genuinely looked forward to receiving her Friday afternoon calls! Nick also handled the negotiations with great professionalism and went above and beyond by supporting the resolution of a post-sale issue (unrelated to the agency). Many agents would have simply walked away once the sale was completed, but Nick continued to help and support (both parties) until the matter was amicably resolved. A truly professional and friendly team. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I recently bought a house through this estate agent and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Christine and Natalie were especially brilliant — they consistently went above and beyond to support us, even when we were struggling with timings because of having a young baby. Their communication was clear, they chased things proactively, and they genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible for us. Buying with young children isn’t easy, but they made everything feel manageable. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m really grateful for their help and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Robert led the initial discussions around the property we wanted to purchase (ongoing, would check in from time to time) & as our sale progressed we were looked after by Natalie, who really managed the process, Natalie actually spoke to everyone in the chain & knew exactly what was going on, often before we did, and would have a 'solution' to a problem you weren't even aware of. Really proactive. This is the first time we have moved in over 20 years & we did look at multiple properties & communicated with a lot of different selling agents, Jackson Stops really stood out as the most straight forward to deal with, very supportive (house moving is somewhat stressful) & if we move again would be very happy to buy again through Jackson Stops.
