As one who has been in the real estate business for a couple of decades, with the attendance of various marketing events in the kitty, it took only one encounter with a Galaxy Homes’ bouquet presentation to get me sold on their depth of engagement. The array of projects and services on offer by Galaxy makes it a one stop shop for any committed investor or aspiring player in the real estate sector. Galaxy’s presentation is made so open, simple and insightful that even young children would comprehend their modules. I am particularly impressed by the creativity through which the young children of the Chief Executives of Galaxy have active participation in the business, at least by their roles in the crucial and academic webinar video presentations. So I dare say, More success to Galaxy and the team.

GOH has a very good business model around rental property market which is based on buy-to-let properties. The sales team is strong, assertive, shows a lot of patience without any grivience. One such sales member is Simon based from the GOH Kolkata office with whom I have intercated for couple of months, who wears GOH on his sleeves for the Customer. GOH management can be bit more explicit & honest about the rental in-hand breakup which is essential for every buy-to-let properties, also showing some evidence from the past investors regarding the % capital appreciation of such rental properties.
