Very Poor Service – Extremely Unprofessional I had booked a viewing and arrived on time, only to be told by Ellis that she didn’t have the keys to the property. After some discussion, she said she would send me a video of the property instead. Since then, I have sent multiple texts and emails but have received no response. This is highly unprofessional. Like If you are doing a client a “favour,” the least you can do is communicate properly and respect their time. I would strongly advise landlords and business owners to reconsider using their services. There is clearly a lack of professionalism and basic customer care. It’s no surprise that their signboards remain on properties for years if this is the level of service they provide.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is just awful, and it's not a one off. From Ellis never ringing you back or answering her phone. To Harry being downright rude and obnoxious. We looked at various properties over last last few months and it got to the point that when I saw one listed by FHP I just scrolled past it. If you are looking to list your property I really wouldn't bother, I wouldn't ask them to sell or lease a rabbit hutch. Customer service is none existent.

Good that they keep getting new properties, but bad in terms of updating the website. Please stay active in this as well. Because you always ask the client to go to the website to check. But you never update the website on time.

This is literally the worst agency i have dealt with. I was interested in a commercial property and gave my offer and i was told before we proceed we want you to view it. Then after viewing i was told the landlord is happy with my offer. Then few weeks later i was told to increase my offer then I did and i was told this offer is accepted then I bought few bits for the shop hoping to sort out a tenancy then i was told landlord has gone with someone else. Honestly the amount of lies and unprofessionalism that went on was unbelievable. I will not go near any property in the future that FHP deals with ever.

we are very upset. The agency did not comply with the condition of the refund of the deposit. We deliver our house cleaner than they give us. We have photos of the stained sofa upon our arrival and they assure us that it was us. Lie. They say they have photos of seeds in the kitchen drawers. Lie I have the video where we show each part of the clean house. We are still waiting for our money and their reply. (2 M ago) Please at least contact us.

People make the business, to Date I have had FHP help on 3 Property matters over a 12 year period, working with Alastair has been a pleasure. He has always provided knowledgeable insight and advice for my Property. As an absentee owner having Local support has been critical to our property management, I will keep placing my trust FHP and Alastair for the years to come.
