Evans Estate Agents Coventry Limited

We had a fantastic experience touring a home with Maggie from Evens estate agents. They gave a very thorough and honest guide of the property, pointing out all the great features and potential of the space. Maggie answered every question we had with deep local knowledge and made us feel completely at ease. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Had a fantastic experience selling my house through Evans. The whole team were professional and supportive. Bayleigh and Mo in particular were kind, understanding and patient throughout the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me and can’t recommend them enough!

From the property viewing to the completion of the purchase of our property, Evan’s Estate Agents have been amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and special thanks go to Mo, for helping keep communications going between us, both solicitors and the seller. We would highly recommend Evan’s Estate Agents in Coventry if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

A big thank you to Laura who made our house sale much less stressful. She was very good at keeping us informed during the process and was very patient and professional. Would recommend

Laura delivered masterclass in professionalism, warmth, and excellence. From the very first conversation, she brought an energy that made the entire process feel effortless. Her knowledge is razor‑sharp, her communication flawless, and her dedication genuinely unmatched.

Evans Estate Agents were excellent throughout the process of selling our property, particularly Mo, who was always responsive, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, our sale did not complete due to circumstances on the buyer's side, which made the process more challenging than expected. Despite this, Mo kept us informed throughout, managed the situation exceptionally well, and provided great support during what was a stressful time. We really appreciated the communication, patience, and dedication shown throughout and would happily recommend Evans Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their property.
