What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Bairstow Eves Sales and Letting Agents Coventry holds a 4.6 rating from 848 reviews. Viewings are repeatedly praised, with staff including Charlie, Josh and Deontae described as professional, patient and thorough in answering questions, and one reviewer highlighting the team's understanding approach to a chronic health condition during a tenancy application.
One reviewer described a seriously negative experience during a house purchase, alleging poor handling of a structural survey finding and a lack of transparency around a competing buyer; this appears to be an isolated case rather than a pattern seen elsewhere in the reviews.
