I used to Chappells to sell my house in Chiseldon, and the communication and customer care was superb. Jordan and Phil responded quickly to any queries I had, kept me posted with regular updates and calls, and were friendly and professional. This was especially reassuring as I had moved over 2hrs drive away and left the property empty, so having an estate agent that looked after things without my having to drive there regularly, was just brilliant.
