Chancellors - Swindon Estate Agents

As a first-time landlord, I expected clear communication, professionalism, and competent management. Chancellors/Oxon Property Management failed on all three. They were responsive until the paperwork was signed, but after that communication became slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful. Payment issues went unresolved for months, and staff regularly contradicted each other with different information. Their poor handling of the tenancy and failure to clearly communicate key requirements ultimately left me out of pocket at the end of the tenancy. Overall, an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend them to any landlord looking for a reliable managing agent.
