Belvoir Bolton

Great service throughout my house purchase - professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. Charlotte in particular was excellent. She kept everything moving smoothly and made the whole process feel straightforward. Would happily recommend.

Charlotte has been really helpful from the viewing to the completion of the property. I highly recommend the Darwen Road team for selling , buying and renting.

Belvoir have been nothing but fantastic with us throughout despite the issues we’ve had. Really lovely team who are incredibly patient, understanding, and kind. Couldn’t have asked for better estate agents. Thanks guys !!

have had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Belvoir Bolton Lettings Team. From start to finish, they have been amazing, humble, and genuinely caring people. Whenever we faced any issues in the property, they responded promptly and handled everything efficiently and professionally. What truly sets them apart is that, alongside their professionalism, they are incredibly friendly and approachable. They always made us feel heard, respected, and valued as tenants. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such warmth and kindness. We are truly grateful for all their support and assistance. God bless the entire team at Belvoir Bolton keep up the fantastic work! 🌟

We’ve used Belvoir for managing our property on several occasions over the years. Their service has always been exceptional and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Will and the team are extremely professional in dealing with all matters making the landlords life easy and putting our mind at ease. Thanks again, will not hesitate to use you again.

We have recently had a very positive experience with Belvoir at Bromley Cross, Bolton. Charlotte was very helpful and considerate when handling the sale of our mother’s home. This was also where me and my siblings lived for varying amounts of time when we were younger so it was a bittersweet experience for us. Belvoir were proactive from the start, marketing and showing potential buyers around the property, and extremely speedy when liaising between ourselves and the buyers to facilitate the sale. We would have no hesitation in using Belvoir again.

I can't praise Belvoir enough, Charlotte and the team are fantastic. My house was a part ex for a new build and advertised with Belvoir and another estate agent. I had one viewing by the other estate agent and little contact. The contrast to Belvoir is Night and day. Belvoir pushed from day one to sell my house, giving me plenty of notice for viewings the majority of which they attended on. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone wishing to sell their property, absolutely top notch service
