I had an excellent experience buying my first home through View. What really stood out was the good knowledge of both the building and the area (not an experience I had with other estate agents!). I also felt throughout the process they helped in smoothing things over, right to the very end. Would definitely recommend!

There's not enough space here to list what went wrong. Sales didn't know anything about the flat and admin won't do anything unless chased by email. It genuinely felt like they were trying to sabotage the rental process by being as unhelpful as possible. Please please please avoid.
