This company proved to be the best Estate Agent I have used in 55 years. With very poor eye sight i struggle to read documents or screens. Jodie dealt principally with me and took me under her wing and walked me through all the required.protocols and paperwork. She was a perfect exemple of a true professional - friendly, courteous, efficient and kind. I also benefited from the attention of other staff in Jodie's absence and found the whole office was permeated with a similar spirit and was a model of harmonious team working. It has been such a tonic to find such excellence and support in the sressful process of changing one's home. I cannot recommend this company and Jodie in particular too highly.

I heard great things about Northwood Cardiff but as our house was not situated in Cardiff I was nervous.
