DO NOT BELIEVE 5 star review here. Speak to the clients who were very keen on firing MIH for non-performance. Imagine this - a service agency that is placed on a performance improvement plan, how awful one shall be? Owner of MIH, instead of "identifying authors of well-deserved very bad reviews", perhaps you can look at your agency performance and see how not to get fired? Perhaps this might change customers' view? Have you not tried to think this way yet? MIH “services” were so exceptionally bad that the agency was placed on a performance correction plan. Put it mildly, the concept of SLA is foreign to MIH. Before even considering MIH for managing your block, do your thorough due diligence, never believe their sales pitches, what MIH and their "friends" say, speak to past customers who fired MIH - they will tell you a lot, check reviews in Trusted Pilot.

MIH do a pretty good job and (speaking for myself as a share- of - freehold leaseholder) they always gave a high level of service with good response times and grasp of our (often complicated) requirements. Adam Parker-Bowles was particularly diligent and helpful and Sarah Fisher was able and willing to come in to sort out any higher level issues. Block management companies will always struggle to get perfect reviews because of the complexity of the work and the need to sustain high levels of service under 24 hour conditions ... but in difficult terrain I'd certainly recommend having a conversation with them about what they could provide. The service is consistently personal and friendly.

Since we appointed MIH to manage our block of flats in London, we have consistently received clear, detailed and professional assistance on every issue we have been facing. We took ownership of our freehold as a group of non-experts, and so MIH’s help (especially Sarah and Pablo) has been invaluable in getting everything in order. My fellow leaseholders and I set up an RTM and had to appoint a management company, before even selecting MIH Sarah and Cadice were absolutely fantastic with advice and guidance. After selecting MIH the team have continued with exceptional customer service and support during challenging times. We are very happy with MIH.

I can’t speak for the rest of the team but I can confidently say that Joe Starkey has been an outstanding manager since he took lead on our property. After a year or so of him managing the building Joe has consistently replied swiftly and solved many problems for us all - something two management companies previously had failed to achieve. 6 months ago we decided to sell the apartment and we have found that communication has been extremely competent and increasingly patient with more pressing matters. Thanks again, I honestly think this man deserves recognition. Without him I think we would have lost the plot and consequently the sale of my property.
