Recently moved into my first flat via Martin & Co and Camilla Sigley was really helpful. This is my first time solo renting so i was a bit stressed about everything, but Camilla made things very easy during the viewing/application process and then Jen was great as well once things progressed. I was set up with Ovo, they informed the council for council tax purposes and everything was really easy and seamless which definitely helped a lot. Highly recommend Martin & Co, particularly if you’re a first time renter!

Patrick Duffy is selling my mum's house, and he has been so professional and helpful. He understands our limitations and works with us very well, always giving us as much notice as possible and making the process easier. He took a real interest in our property and is very genuine and supportive. I would definitely recommend.

I went in and spoke to Patrick, he was the most helpful, wonderful person to speak to and gave me all the info I could possibly need to make the right choices around housing, buying, and what to look for, etc, I also took my mum in and he did the same with her, honestly couldnt of asked for more, super helpful, easy to talk to and when we had some ither questions around my mum being a landlord another lady helped too, the staff were fantastic. Very positive experience with Martin & Co. Patrick Duffy is acting for the seller of the house we're in the final stages of buying, and has been consistently professional, helpful, prompt and - most importantly - very knowledgeable about the house. We're not planning on moving again for another 20 years, but if plans change we'd happily ask Patrick to represent us too.

Really appreciate the help and support David gave in selling our flat . Always kept us up to date with what was going on - even times when nothing was so he was chasing people for updates so not left in the dark wondering if everything was ok. Explained fully what valuation was based on and his honest thoughts on offers ( not just to agree to get a sale which was honourable) very happy with the sale price he got and definetly use him again on another place

Patrick Duffy is helping me to try and downsize. He has taken fully on board all of my suggestions and ideas and been communicating throughout. I have a nice family who want to buy the property and I am hoping that it will all go well. Patrick also had very good ideas and procedures of his own.
