Unbelievably kind, understanding, helpful, and lovely people. Like many renters I have had innumerable bad experiences with lettings agencies and landlords, but for the first time ever I have now had a positive one. EDIT: It took them 3 months to ruin it.
We had a property viewing with trudi, she was so lovely & helpful 😊 thank you so much for showing us around!
I couldn’t have asked for a better landlord. Letts & Co Properties was attentive, respectful, and proactive in maintaining the property. Communication was always timely, and any maintenance issues were resolved faster than expected. The renting experience was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free living situation.
Great experience working with the letting team. Sonia, Trudi, Brooke, and Lisa were professional, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
Having worked with most agencies in Aberdeen over the last 10 years, Sonia and Lett's & Co are easily one of the best I’ve worked with. If anything comes up, I can phone the office or Trudi they're always very helpful. The whole team creates a really nice atmosphere in the office — Lisa, Brooke and Skye are all genuinely friendly and easy to deal with. I’m always happy to recommend Lett's & Co (and often do) to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency.
Excellent communication and they have been very helpful especially for emergencies or any issues with my tenancy, far more so than some others in Aberdeen. Highly recommend.
I am so unbelievably fortunate to have met the lovely people and Letts & Co Properties! Lisa, Trudy and Sonia made my move to Aberdeen so seamless and made sure I found a flat before I started uni. They made the process so easy for me while they were doing so much work in the background so I am eternally grateful to those ladies. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. If you want people that will look out for you and put all their effort into getting you a flat this agency will do that and more. Thank you Letts & Co Properties for helping me
