He was incredibly efficient, always kept in contact and replied quickly. I never had to chase him for anything. When I was struggling with my solicitor, he even helped me find a brilliant, fast and efficient one and did everything he could to keep things moving. Doug is trustworthy, warm, easy to work with and has a great personality. He genuinely went above and beyond to help get everything sorted as quickly and smoothly as possible. Fantastic service and I would 100% recommend him!
