I've been using Homes & Steeple as my managing agent for the past 13 years and then used them to sell my property this month. Throughout the whole time they have been a pleasure to work with, great communication and Kate especially has always been extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

She was friendly and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area, she was able to answer all of my queries, of which there eere many, quickly and easily. Her communication skills, liaising with solicitors, agents and property managers were excellent. I thoroughly recommend her for any selling, buying or renting requirements.

I’ve been renting a house from homes and steeple for nearly 11 years and couldn’t be more grateful. Kate from start to the end of my tenancy has been the manager of the property and has gone above and beyond. She’s been calm, polite and non intrusive. She’s always worked around my schedule and has made sure that I feel like my house was a home, I’ve never felt uncomfortable. Whenever there was an issue which luckily has been very rare, she’s dealt and fixed it quickly. I’ve previously rented before with other places but my experience this time has been amazing. Myself and my daughter have been looked after so incredibly well. Even when Kate rings- its not nerve racking, she’s a pleasure to talk to, as a manager she still has the tenants as first priority and it definitely shows. Kate and the staff at homes and steeple are not pushy, not demanding and more than fair when it comes to the world of renting. And if I ever need to do it again- they’ll be the first for me to ring. Outstanding efforts over the last 11 years. Couldn’t recommend more. A more than fair estate/letting agent and a pleasure to bring my daughter up in a home that may have been rented but felt likes ours, no stress, no intimidation and unfair rules. Thanks guys!

Steph at Homes & steeple very quickly found me a suitable accommodation last year. They have a very smooth process when it comes to starting a tenancy aswell. Throughout the tenancy they are very helpful, with fast responses and quickly fix any small issues that occur. Overall they are a very accommodating agency, and compared to my very mixed experiences with other estate agents in bournemouth, they are by far the best, and only estate agent I would use or recommend in bournemouth.
