From our very first phone call, I knew I was in great hands and was completely sold on securing an apartment through him and GLP. Ben is completely unique compared to other estate agents I’ve dealt with—he is incredibly professional, passionate, and attentive. He represented GLP exceptionally well and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I can’t stop recommending him to everyone I know. My experience with GLP was as smooth as it could have been. A huge thank you to Dan Edwards, who helped me throughout the entire process and made everything incredibly straightforward. He took the time to show me all the apartments, offer great recommendations, and coordinate viewings for the specific addresses I was interested in. Dan was incredibly helpful, responsive, and organised from start to finish. It was also great working with someone who had previously lived in New Zealand, a small connection that made the whole experience feel even more personal and enjoyable (and gave us plenty to chat about along the way haha). I really appreciated Dan’s knowledge, effort, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me find the right place. Could not recommend more.
Mareena is hands down the best agent I've ever worked with! She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the whole process, especially during the rental rules changes and as an international renter. Mareena was absolutely amazing! Thanks to her, I’ll soon be moving into my dream London flat. The London housing market moves so fast and after a previous flat that I fell in love with was quickly taken off the market, Mareena was positive we were going to find the perfect flat for me, and she absolutely did! She contacted me the very morning my new flat went on the market, knowing it had everything I was looking for and would go quickly. She asked if I was available for a viewing that same day, and when I unfortunately wasn’t, she offered to arrange a virtual viewing so I wouldn’t miss out.
