C & D Properties

After applied for application for a property they demand for £40k + guaranter i dont know who can provide such a guaranter with hige wage , not even combine two guranter but one , and when we applied for the property they took £200 for reserving the property, after wasting alot a time and providing a guranter they said we have third party and after checking everything ur not eligible , and then they demanded first month rent for providing a guaranter from their own company or something…personally never recommend them with such a bad experience £40k+ guranter , Very disappointed

Moved to liverpool in September through and went for a viewing with C & D Properties. I've just moved in to my furnished rented apartment and i was really surprised that i have new carpets, newly painted walls, all closets & cupboards were so clean, the furniture is like brand new. The staff are so friendly and professional specially Jessica, she is so friendly and helpful.
