The flat quality is first-class—easily the best I've experienced in my renting history. Nabil was always incredibly swift to respond to any queries and consistently went out of his way to accommodate all of my requests during my stay. I couldn't recommend them enough for their flexibility and first-class tenant care!
As a mature student I didn’t want to stay in ‘student halls’, so I’m glad I found Browntree properties. It’s clean, comfortable and was a great home away from home.
I lived here for 2 years. Best experience I’ve had renting in Bradford. Every problem I had whilst living there was sorted quickly. Rent prices are more than fair. Great restaurant below too. 😁

I would highly recommend staying in browntree properties accommodation. Rooms are very spacious and exactly like the images online. Nabil is a great landlord and quick to respond to queries and questions. All the other staff members are very kind also.
I fell in love with my studio apartment the first day. Nabil was very nice and he communicates effectively. Great for students like me because it is a 7/8 minute walk to the Uni. The neighbourhood is quite and private.
