As a flat owner and freeholder, I couldn't ask for a better property management company. I have been working with Belvar for a year and the results of a management of great quality are already visible - excellent problem solving expertise, reassuring can-do attitude and undeniable competence in any property matter, mean I can relax knowing that my assets are properly looked after. Clearly, the wonderful Lara Belpeer, Belvar's owner, knows her stuff - she has the talent and experience to lead her all-female team of skilled professionals and assist her clients in the most efficient and effective way. Moreover, an always smooth communication, combined with a cheerful approach, makes interacting with them all a truly pleasant activity! Belvar is definitely highly recommended.

Our small building was Belvar's client for the past 3 years after switching from a horrendous block management company (rude, overpriced, poor quality across the board). Belvar is shaking up the otherwise stuck in the past block management sector by challenging what is usually a concern for the managed blocks: - Belvar listen and care about our customer experience - Belvar takes managing our property like it is their own and gives advice how to upkeep our building good shape - their approach is very hands-on - no issue is small enough and response time is amazing - pricing is fair for the quality of subcontractors that are getting assigned to jobs (if you had bad experience with plumbers, electricians, etc. you know how frustrating it gets when handymen are not good and overpriced) - Belvar's knowledge of the regulatory framework gives us confidence we are compliant and safe - They are quite tech-savvy Three years on our building is in great shape and we have a plan how to upkeep it well, following Belvar's advice we have our longer term plan of major works and gradually accruing for those through smart budget management. Belvar took over management of our building six months ago. We are still trying to address the legacy issues left by the previous agent, but the difference is already clear. One of the best surprises was them reducing our insurance policy from £12k to £7k - a truly welcome change. Zorica has been especially helpful, meticulously uncovering discrepancies in the previous agent’s accounts. Thank you, Team!
After a dreadful experience with our previous managing agent, Belvar has been a complete breath of fresh air. They are responsive, professional, and no question is too much. They treat our porter as part of the team, which has truly transformed the community in our building. I am thrilled to have found them and have happily recommended them to my neighbours, who are joining too. Competitors, beware.
