Whitegates Bradford Lettings & Estate Agents

Rented a property from this firm. Inventory completed at the beginning highlighted many issues, which I was told that they would be noted. Upon exit from tenancy, they will tried to claim that things noted were now my responsibility to cover, to which they have refused to speak to me on the phone. Exchanges over email have been one-sided - please do not rent from this firm, as their practices as an estate agent are alot to be desired, especially when to comes to renters rights.

I’d booked (at least thought I’d booked) to view a property in Mirfield. Monday, June 1st at 12:45pm, was the time and date I was given, and received a call last week to confirm. I didn’t receive a confirmation email, or text message. Today, the morning of the day of the viewing, I realised that the house probably wasn’t for me, so I called Whitegates to cancel. Announcing to the person who answered the phone, who I was and the property I was calling about, I was told that they “didn’t have a record of the viewing booking”, and that the property was already let. If I’d not called to cancel, I would gave driven a fair way out to the property, for absolutely no reason, and a complete waste of time. Seriously, how do these companies stay in business??!

Karen at Whitegates did a great job in selling my house . She’s brilliant at her job and worked very fast to book viewings and sold the house quickly. She kept in contact by providing regular feedback through all viewings and offers Without her experience in the industry getting to exchange / completion would have been a nightmare She replies quickly to emails and phone calls It was a pleasure dealing with her and I would definitely recommend Karen to anyone buying or selling a property Thank you

Whitegates is the 1st place we'd come back to when we choose our next step and is mainly thanks to Fiona. We had a few hiccups with gleesons and lawyers etc but Fiona was the anchor in communication, professionalism and what you'd want from a representative/estate agents. She was the ONLY one who was "with us" each step of the way from start to finish. As said, she is the reason we would choose whitegates next time. Thankyou so much fiona. Keep doing what you do because it was a 5* service.

I rented a property through white gates it was the best experience of my life. I had one lovely worker that looked after me her name was Karen. She helped me through everything i was stuck with got me the property i wanted. I would highly recommend going very professional and polite she was 10/10 experience. Anyone need a property my advice is pop down .
