The Purple Property Shop - Estate Agent Bolton

All of the ladies at the purple property shop have been incredibly helpful in our moving process! I first contacted about a house to rent and Kelly wa super helpful setting up a date asking question and touring us round the property. Leanne was super helpful today with our credit and reference checks answering all our questions and making the process as easy as possible! Michelle has also been super kind answering questions over email. Thank you team ♥️

We had a great viewing today. The agent was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. The house was exactly as described, and we really hope we can rent it. Thank you for your time and kindness! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an extremely poor experience with this estate agency. They took my AML check fees and kept me waiting for two months, only to tell me that the owner no longer wanted to sell the property. The whole process was a complete waste of my time and money. Communication was poor throughout, and I was left chasing for updates instead of being kept informed. My experience with the agent, Paige, at the 16 Packers Street was especially disappointing. The level of service and professionalism fell far below my expectations. I would not recommend this estate agency based on my experience.

We had a fantastic viewing experience with Michelle at the property on Red Lane. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time to look around without ever making us feel rushed or under pressure. She answered all of our questions honestly and professionally, making the whole process feel straightforward and enjoyable. Michelle's approach gave us the confidence to submit an offer, and we really appreciated her excellent communication throughout. She is a real credit to the team, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a positive, professional estate agent. Many thanks, Michelle! Vicky & Jack Rigby

We had a fantastic experience working with Hayley. She was incredibly proactive, worked tirelessly throughout the transaction and did a great job keeping everyone focused and moving forward. Her communication was excellent and thanks to her hard work and determination, we managed to complete within just 9 weeks. We’re very grateful for all her efforts and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicate and professional estate agent

I can’t fault Paige and the entire team at Purple Property Shop throughout the process of selling my house. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently provided excellent advice every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Purple Property Shop — A*** service!

Leyanne was amazing, made the process super easy and also went above and beyond to get everything sorted quickly for us. She also communicated with us every step of the way. Thank you again!! Adam & Charlotte
