SJT Property Lettings

An absolute breath of fresh air! I'm moving all my properties over to SJT; Why? Because they do it better and faster than their competition and above all else at the right price. No hidden extras for rent increases or mandatory letters. A team with passion and enthusiasm, who clearly care about the success of their business and satisfaction of there clients / customers. 5 stars without a second thought.

Very lovely letting agency! Very friendly staff, got everything sorted very quickly and the whole process with viewing and completing paperwork was quick and easy! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service! Laura was amazing from beggining to end. So understanding about our circumstances. Went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect before moving in. Would 100% recommend. Thank you so much.

I'm currently renting with SJT Property Lettings. Simply put, they are the best. The SJT Team are awesome, they put a personalized but professional touch to the way they do business and in meeting their clientele needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in top-rated real estate and lettings.

I had such a great experience working with Laura. she made the whole process feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. An amazing property, way quicker than I expected, and was always clear, supportive, and easy to talk to throughout. You can tell she really cares about what she does, and she’s just an all-around amazing person. I’m really grateful for her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free experience.

I rented a flat from SJT as a first-time renter and was understandably very nervous at the start. I met with Ruby, who was incredibly supportive and made the whole process easy to understand. Her guidance also helped me identify debts I wasn’t previously aware of, which allowed me to start making payments and improve my credit score. All of the staff at SJT are friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team are brilliant. Due to work commitments and personal circumstances, I needed to end my tenancy early. Once again, the admin staff and managers were compassionate, understanding, and supportive, and they allowed me to end the tenancy early without unnecessary stress. From start to finish, I found the entire process straightforward thanks to the support I received from SJT. The property itself was good quality and in a convenient, commutable location. I would highly recommend SJT to anyone looking to rent.
