We had been in touch with various agencies before and we ended up buying through Redmayne Arnold&Harris. We were very happy with their service and how they supported our journey.

RAH handled the sale of our parents' property in Cambridge. Our principal contact was Drew Carolan who kept us informed every step of the way and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout; the whole team is extremely professional.

After living in our home for over 20 years, selling it was always going to be an emotional and somewhat daunting process. From the initial valuation meeting with Jason Harvey, the faultless communication regarding viewings through their online system right up to completion day, we felt supported by the team – particularly Sasha McNally. Sasha's knowledge of the property market and the sales process was invaluable. She was professional, proactive, and always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when things became stressful both for us and our first time buyers. I had a terrible experience with this agency. I viewed a house, and I told the employee who viewed the house(don't know the name) that I am interested but had some questions, but never received a response. Next day I filled in the viewing form and repeated my questions, no response. A day later I sent an email to the employee(Debra) who booked my viewing, no response. The following day I called the office. Another employee(Tom) answered the call, I reminded him my questions, he said he will get back to me asap, and asked me if I would like to apply. I said yes, and he sent me the application form. I also asked if there were any applications, he said there's none. Upon receiving the form, I filled it in and sent back. Shortly afterwards, another employee(David) replied, saying that the property is already in the process of renting to someone! I sent an email back to them expressing my disappointment, but again, no response! Weirdest of all, the employee that showed us the house(don't remember his name) told me during the viewing that he can find us better houses than this!!! It was a weird comment/offer! As if he was trying to convince me not to rent this house! I insisted on my questions and asked him to get me the answers because I was interested in this house. But it was a suspicious move. I felt like he was trying to keep the house for someone else. After the whole experience including the office communication, now I have stronger belief that this might be the case. As of the writing of this comment, I still didn't get any response or explanation. I am extremely frustrated by this situation. This house was in a perfect location for my children's schools. These people don't understand that their behaviour impacts life of other people!

As the New Year approached in January 2026, I viewed a property through Redmayne Arnold & Harris, which ticked the boxes on my bucket list in terms of ideal location with extra space to work from home. I submitted my application immediately after the viewing – but I didn’t hear back from the original agent … But when I phoned RAH and spoke with Rengin, she was extremely efficient with managing my application, communicating the queries I had for the Landlord and following up with responses; providing next steps with the processing and completion of my application. I was so happy to collect the keys in person from Rengin – thank you soooo much! And it was wonderful start to the year!

I have been very impressed by RAH. From valuation to completion they have given us great service. Drew Carolan turned up for the valuation knowing useful info about the estate and house builder, and worked tirelessly to find serious buyers. His advice was spot on and we found him to be straightforward, responsive and professional. He also recommended a great conveyancing lawyer who managed the sale very effectively. Communications with the whole team were great though out and they made the process much easier and less stressful than it could have been. Highly recommended.
