I want to highlight the outstanding service from Louie and Anthony in Swansea. Absolute legends.. always helpful, respectful, and professional throughout. They understand what it means to deal with tenants as human beings, and I am genuinely grateful for their support. Unfortunately, my experience with the Cardiff renewals office has been the opposite. The staff there have repeatedly misrepresented my contract, ignored my legal rights, and spoken to me in a way that shows little respect or empathy. It often felt like I wasn’t being treated as a person at all. If you’re dealing with the Swansea team – you’re in good hands. If your case gets passed to Cardiff, be prepared for an entirely different standard of treatment.
